Services Offered

Techn'Marketing provides a range of digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

Clients must provide all necessary content, branding materials, and timely feedback.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all content provided to Techn'Marketing.

Delays in feedback or payment may result in project delays or termination.

All projects require a minimum of [50%] upfront payment before the project begins.

Remaining balance is due upon completion or before final delivery.

Late payments may incur additional fees.

Prices are agreed upon before starting and subject to change with notice.

We offer [X] rounds of revisions per project unless otherwise agreed.

Final approval is required before publishing or delivering any material.

Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may be subject to extra charges.

Upon full payment, clients will receive rights to the final deliverables.
Techn'Marketing retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing.
Confidentiality: Techn'Marketing will not disclose any confidential information shared by the client unless required by law or with written consent.
Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. If a project is canceled after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable. Partial refunds may be issued based on work completed.
Limitation of Liability: Techn'Marketing is not liable for any loss of business, profits, or data resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee specific results unless explicitly agreed.
Third-Party Tools & Platforms: We may use third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, Canva, WordPress). We are not responsible for issues, changes, or limitations caused by those platforms.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tirana.
